DESIGN BRIEF

UBIN CAFE: Quote

This project is to design an open concept office for 10 staffs including working and meeting area. Also, to create a spatial experience throughout the space is the most important of this project. These two areas are required to be segretated into private and public area, but can be visually connected.

DESIGN CONCEPT

This shophouse design will be based on apple brand, which creating a space where everyone is welcome and comes together to connect with other, discover new things with fun and enlighting feeling. Using white marble and light wood to create the simple atmosphere, yet elegant in the eye of the visitors. Also, the design will creates a green Apple Experential space. As for the public area going to be the first and second floor which is the Experiential Area. The private area will be placed on the third floor where only employee can go up.

BRAND PHILOSOPHY

Apple has three main philosophy, The first philosophy was empaty, an intimate connection with the feelings of the customer. The second was focus. The company believe in order to do a good job, they must eliminate all of the unimportant opportunities. The third was impute. It emphasized that people do judge things from its cover. They believe their company should present them in a creative, professional manner, and desired qualities. These principles can be summed as simple, clear and serve the customer better than anyone else.
